So you’re hosting Passover? Mazel! It is a LOT of work.

First off, the seder plate! While you don’t need a standard seder plate (use a large plate with 6 small pinch bowls!), you should have the following symbolic foods handy to reference when going through the Passover story.

The six items tie into the ritual meal, I’ll give you the classics, the vegan version, and some other ideas to symbolize others parts of what makes your Passover seder so special

Passover Seder Plate Needs CLASSIC:

  1. Maror - Bitter herbs to symbolize the bitterness of slavery in Egypt. Use horseradish
